Ans - Every type of crop need a different type of climatic condition to grow and give better results. As you all know that rabi is grown in the winter season and you all know that the Rabi required less water and less temperature to grow and give better results. if you grow rabi in the Kharif(June to October) season (Monsoon) than the production of the crop will be decreased due to the climatic condition, because every crop needs a different type of climatic condition.

kharif Crops - Kharif crops are a type of crop that is also known as monsoon crops, which means crops that are grown in the rainy seasons. The timing of the harvesting is September to October.

Rabi Crops - Rabi crops are those crops that are grown in the winter season and the timing is October to December ex - wheat, barley, etc.
